"I just wanted to pass along to you our experience in the
last few months working with Lauran, and most recently with yesterday's Wedding
+ Event Open House at The Rickhouse. Since Daniel Kulenic and I met Lauran we
have been impressed with her ease of communication and eagerness to help us and
our clients in whatever way possible. She has gone beyond every expectation
we've had in that vein and has taken imitative to develop such things as event
maps and hospitality materials for hotels. At our open house yesterday, when
sharing what the CVB now offers they were equally blown away saying things such
as, "this is exactly what we need!", and "we were just talking
about how we need to do that - it's such a relief to know that service is
available to us"
I would be remiss if I did not tell you how helpful she
has been to us as a new business downtown. I can only imagine the great work
she is doing for so many other businesses in Durham.
